Price List

Occupational Therapy rate $193.99 per hour (in line with NDIS guidelines) This rate applies for the following:

  • One-on-one OT intervention

  • Assessment Reports and NDIS reports,

  • Consultations or Meetings

  • Travel costs (more details below)

  • other billable items

Travel Rate is also $193.99 per hour, and is calculated in 10 minute increments.

  • Travel - less than 10 minutes: free

  • Travel -10-20 minutes: $32.33

  • Travel - 20-30 minutes: $64.66

  • Travel - 30-40 minutes: $96.99

School / Preschool Programs and Social Sessions are tailored accordingly to the number of participants, and resources required.

Services

Occupational Therapy Assessment - using standardised, and non-standardised assessments

Occupational Therapy Reports - including assessment and NDIS reports, recommendation letters etc.

One on One Intervention - Intervention where you need it most! Such as in the home, community, school or preschool setting (access dependant)

Occupational Therapy Social sessions - Children requiring support in social development can benefit greatly from intervention paired with other children.

Occupational Therapy School and Pre School Programs - Including screening assessments to determine areas of concern, weekly intervention across school term/s, re-assessment and data collection to provide evidence of improvement. Intervention programs include school readiness, fine motor, handwriting and gross motor skills.

Funding Support

OT GYMS accepts and welcomes:

  • private or self-paying clients

  • NDIS Self -managed clients

  • NDIS Plan Managed (most managers)

Unfortunately, we do not offer services for NDIA-managed clients at this time.

Therapists at OT GYMS are registered with Medicare. There are multiple referral options available through Medicare to support funding Occupational Therapy such as Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans or Helping Children With Autism (HCWA).

OT GYMS can also assist with applying for the NDIS, by providing supporting documentation outlining the need for intervention and funding requirements.
